I’m Randika Alditia.

Software Engineer | Distributed Systems & IoT Platforms | Technical Leader

I build enterprise software that connects people, operations, and the physical world. With over 7 years of experience across mining, logistics, finance, retail, and industrial operations, I bring full-stack engineering, distributed systems, and IoT integration together to make complex operations work reliably.

As a Technical Leader, I’ve led engineering teams and contributed to system design as an Associate Software Architect. My work spans offline-first synchronization, cloud-native architectures, real-time APIs, and hardware integration — with a focus on scalable, reliable, and maintainable systems.

Much of my work lives in company GitHub, GitLab, and Azure repositories — so my public code is only part of the picture.

Technical Leader

PT Xapiens Teknologi Indonesia

Led backend, frontend, and distributed systems architecture across industrial, financial, mining, warehouse, and logistics platforms.

  • Designed Go and Node.js microservices, REST, gRPC, GraphQL, service communication standards, and data models.
  • Shaped web and mobile architecture using Next.js and React Native, including offline-first synchronization and Java-to-React-Native hardware SDK bridges.
  • Directed RFID, sensor, printer, and scanner integrations, and designed CI/CD pipelines across Azure, GitHub, GitLab, and Jenkins.
  • Mentored engineers and worked with project managers and product owners to evaluate constraints and guide implementation.

Start with the real problem.

Good architecture starts with understanding the people and operations it needs to support. The shape of the system should follow the work, not the other way around.

Build for the imperfect world.

Networks drop. Field operations keep moving. I care about software that works within those constraints, connecting the physical and digital worlds without losing sight of either.

Think across the whole stack.

An interface is only as useful as the system behind it. I work across frontend, mobile, backend, data, and infrastructure to connect the right pieces.

Make the team stronger.

Technical leadership means looking beyond my own code: creating shared understanding, working through trade-offs, and helping people move in the same direction.
